Frozen cocktail time!
I’ve been into blending drinks with ice lately, it’s like a popsicle but EVEN BETTER!
And now with the new king being crowned in Holland, even more of a reason to sip one.
(As if you need an excuse though.)
It’s packed with vitamins too!
(There you go another excuse just in case.)
Today I mixed up a batch of Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri, nom nom.
And it’s so EASY!
Ingredients (per glass)
- Strawberries 4
- Rhum 30 ml (brown rhum is the most scrumptious kind but I worked with what I had!)
- Powdered sugar 2 tbsp
- Lime 1
- Ice cubes: LOTS!!
Into the cauldron they go
Seriously, the creating process could not be easier.
Chuck everything but the ice into your blender:
Right round round baby right round.
Start jetting in the ice cubes (at a fast pace), until you reach the iciness – level you enjoy.
Try substituting the sugar with grapefruit juice and some Maraschino liqueur like Ernest Hemmingway did!
